Ingredients: a handful of figs, half a slice of goat cheese, four or five hazelnuts, half a teaspoon of honey, a little olive oil, a little bit of cream of M?dena vinegar. Preparation: wash and rinse the figs. Put them on a plate. Cut the goat cheese into small pieces, and distribute them on the plate. Crush the hazelnuts in a mortar and sprinkle them on the figs. Put the honey, olive oil and M?dena vinegar cream in a bowl and heat them in a microwave for about 10 seconds in order to dissolve the honey. Mix together. Sprinkle the salad with the dressing.
